Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Shipping is nonrefundable, only the total purchase
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Returned item must have no visible signs of damage
Refund Process:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. If we don't received the returned item, we can't give a refund.
